Mandy and Colin got wed in a totally bespoke style. Their wedding was full of everything they love about St.Ives and it was just perfect.
They love staying at the gorgeous Trevose when they come for their many visits, so choosing this boutique B&B as their base for their wedding made sense. The owners Angela and Olly were delighted to host pre-wedding drinks for them and their guests to mingle and have a pre marriage party.
Afterwards the couple wandered to The Guildhall, one of St.Ives iconic buildings to formally seal their wedding vows. But there was still more, a beautiful blessing on The Island, one of St.Ives most sought-after locations for photography. Only a few are lucky enough to enter the chapel on top of the hill, so they treated their guests to this experience too.
After a beautiful relaxed blessing and some fantastic photos it was back to Trevose, where The Hidden Kitchen supplied amazing canapes and Angela and Olly picked up the party again and gave this beautiful pair an afternoon to remember.
Mandy wore a gorgeous 1960’s style, dress with a modern twist. She looked amazing. Her pale baby blue shoes that colour matched the amazing cake perfectly finished off her outfit beautifully. This fun loving pair surrounded by their lovely family and friends smiled and laughed all day. When I met them, at The Rum and Crab Shack, I knew this wedding was going to be special. They planned a one-off, there will not be another like it as it was so utterly personalized just for them.
This amazing day ended at The Hidden Kitchen to eat and toast the night away, this amazing venue where you feel you are in a very stylish house, with your own chef and waitress, and what a great venue for a small wedding party.
All these special locations, celebrating the best St.Ives has to offer alongside the best day of your life. Mandy and Colin you did it so very right! It was a please to be a small part of, thank you.
