On the eve of Christmas Eve two of the nicest people you could wish to meet were married at Chacewater Church, and held their perfect wedding reception at the delightful Scorrier House.
The bride Grace is one of life’s people everyone should know. She’s full of positive energy, fills rooms with smiles and laughter and seems to add a buzz of excitement to everything. Mark, so very relaxed, and equally as nice is her perfect match. So you can only imagine just how very lovely their wedding day was.
The day started in a flurry of hair and make up at Graces parents house. Bridesmaids everywhere, children, babies, brothers and sisters and yet so very chilled. Graces Mum looked after everyone and made sure we were all fed and watered!
The boys were joined by Ricky at the church and all ran smoothly their end too.
The service was delightful and the vicar was the vicar every photographer who knows their stuff in Cornwall hopes for.
Afterwards the bridal party and guests travelled to Scorrier House for the wedding breakfast and reception. This perfect venue was awash with twinkling fairy lights and Christmas trees. The couple hosted a bake off as dessert, which Kiss photography were delighted to judge, and never have we had such a challenge, the standards were so high!
The conservatory at Scorrier house looked like a magical fairy grotto, and we got some beautiful photos at night. The sparkler tunnel, was Graces only request, and I loved those photographs too. The fireworks at the end of the night were just the perfect closure to such a fantastic day.
Grace looked a million dollars and Mark so handsome. We can’t thank you enough for letting us capture your day for you. It was so very special and you are both just such great company and so hospitable we felt like guests.
