A wonderfully happy June wedding at Boconnoc

Attending as many weddings as I do I am privileged to witness the different types of day that pretty much reflect the life of the intended married couple, and yesterdays was a really good one. As I was flicking through some images of the day I realised that wherever I pointed my camera EVERYONE was happy and smiling! You could feel the love for the couple as they surrounded themselves with friends and family from, it seems, around the globe!
The venue chosen was the magnificent Boconnoc and it really took on the role of a summer garden party.
Ros looked absolutely stunning and Dave was resplendent in a full 3 piece morning suit with a snazzy plane carat-pin. After the ceremony the happy couple left the church in St Sampson’s Church, Golant amidst real confetti snowstorm and then jumped into a really cool white vintage Alvis and they shot off up the hill where Dave had arranged a surprise for Ros. Awaiting them was a beautiful horse-drawn open carriage, it really was a great way to arrive at the stunning grounds of Boconnoc – good call!
After some photos and canapés on the lawn the wedding party sat down for some well-deserved food from the talented team at The Round Kitchen – each course was ended with some emotional speeches from Dave, his new father-in-law and the best man.
Thankyou for letting me witness your day, you both really belong together and it shows.
