We met Jenna and Pete last year, and we knew then that they were a chilled out couple who would be great to work with, and they were. What we didn’t know then, but now know is they both also had amazing friends and family, which meant the wedding was just a joy to be at.
They got married at St.Ia church in St.Ives and Tregenna Castle held the reception.
When I arrived at the church, the groom, ushers and best man were there. This I expected, but so were many guests and a herd of onlookers, it was lovely.
I took the groom and his party away and we did the; ‘lets take a moment, have some fun before it all gets serious and at the same time get some lovely photographs.’
Ricky was with Jenna at Tregenna and everything was running on time.
The church looked beautiful, the handsome little Paige boys Henry and Ollie arrived and the pretty bridesmaid all looking fab. Then Jenna arrived as the church bells rang the time, spot on, what a lady! She didn’t even keep him waiting.
Jenna looked beautiful in her cream satin beaded dress, with train and veil and Pete just shone when he saw her.
The service was lovely and they left to a shower of confetti and sped off to the beach in the vintage navy and cream Bentley.
The day just got better and better, everything went to plan, the sun shone, Jenna and Pete were so relaxed and lovely to be with our photos reflect just that. And bless Jenna for even sitting on a mound of sand, quite happily to give us that perfect beach-girl bride shot. We liked the red toe nails!
Tregenna pulled out all the stops, Alex ( the wedding coordinator) was great and had everything running to a t!
We loved the wedding cake, made with lots of love from Jenna’s mum. It was her first and we thought it looked AMAZING! and we loved the table of pick and mix and we know your guests did as everyone tucked right in!
Jenna and Pete, we thank you for letting us share your day, it was relaxed, beautiful and a pleasure to be part of. Two wonderful people embarking on what will only be a wonderful life. You are going to love the photographs, they are just WOW!
