Today was quite an amazing day. Ricky started his day with Caroline, the bride, at Tregenna Castle, where he saved the day with his zip mending skills, involving soap and brute force… he’s not JUST a photographer you know ! And I started my day at The Catholic Church in St.Ives with Mark and his men, meeting and greeting.
Caroline has a fantastic cream camper van from Cornwall VW wedding hire and a white Morris Minor to transport the bridal party to the church. Another bride to arrive on the dot!
Caroline looked absolutely amazing in a princess line dress with a really long veil, every bit the bride.
Mark the lovely groom is an identical twin, which made us really have to be on the ball with who we were photographing, although Rick did run after the wrong man at one point !
After a lovely service the Red Double Decker bus came and took the guests off to Cape Cornwall Golf Club while we went to the beach! We got some beautiful dramatic shots.
Cape Cornwall Golf Club the couples last stop, for the wedding breakfast and reception was buzzing. A great couple of guys playing ‘The String Beans’ set the mood off perfectly. The room was candle lit and the atmosphere was great. The wedding breakfast room looked amazing in white and candles again, with the most amazing table centers in soft pinks and white. Very beautiful.
Caroline and Mark were great, easy going and a pleasure to photograph. Wishing you both love and happiness !
