Emma and Phil got married on Saturday at The Carbis Bay Hotel. An amazingly lovely couple with the cutest little boy Eddie as page boy.
We spent the whole day with this lovely pair, and it was a relaxed morning filled with laughter, friend and family.
Emma looked amazing in her wonderful dress with gorgeous shoes. Her Auntie made all the button holes, cake and broach and button bouquets and garter that just added to the personal touch to the details and day.
Penny Pascoe did Emma’s make up and she looked wonderful (we love Penny!)
They got married in the conservatory at the hotel, the door’s were flung open and I stood outside to get the best walking down the aisle shots and all you could hear was the sea lapping in, the odd cry of the seagulls and the murmur of awaiting guests. The sun was shining and I remembering thinking could it get any better than this?
We just love working at The Carbis Bay Hotel and have been blessed with two fantastic weddings here in the last two weeks.
Emma and Phil sipped champagne and then we walked down to the private beach for some fun and yet beautiful photographs. The guest’s then joined us and were just fantastic! there was a nip in the air ( hey its March, I have to be honest, Cornwall does its best for us on wedding days… but still just a little nip) but everyone was so great and we got some fantastic work. Emma threw her bouquet ( errrr three times, until the right lady got it! ) we got the hens, the family, the kids and the stags. We all laughed ( lots!) and then went back for more fun, a few family photographs on the terrace and a fun confetti shot.
All too soon it was time for the evening celebrations and the Kiss Photography Photobooth was booked again. I love these at wedding receptions, the guests and children have so much fun and they make a fun final page to the wedding album.
The whole day was covered expertly by Plan 9 video and I am so looking forward to seeing it on his website.
Emma and Phil, we LOVED your perfect day and your friends and family rock, your bridesmaids and page boy were perfect and we had an amazing day with you all. Thank you.
