Carbis Bay Hotel Wedding April 2015

Kelly married Tommy on Saturday at the newly refurbished Carbis Bay Hotel. The hotel looked stunning as always but the bride outshone everything. What a cool-chick this lady is! funny, chilled and just so excited about her day, and not surprising as she was marrying such a wonderful guy, whose smile throughout the whole day said it all!

Wedding photography is easy with couples like these, fun and chilled. We got the whole wedding party down to the beach for the ‘formal’ shots and took lots of reportage photography in and around the Carbis Bay Hotel while the bride and groom hung out with their guests while listening to the St.Ives busker Kelly and Tommy had booked.

The sun shone for us once again, I am thinking of including guaranteed sunny wedding days as part of the package! as the guests sipped Cornish Cider and Fizz in the sun the canapes of mini fish and chips and other delights were served. I think you couldn’t have hoped for a better day.

The campervan wedding cake was just perfect another Cake By Design creation and the flowers so pretty by wheal Sara flowers of St.Ives. I loved the fact although Kelly and Tommy live in Brighton, they kept everything so very local; Kiss Photography, Wheal Sara and Cake By Design…. The dream team!

The speeches were fun and included Tommy being blindfolded while knifes were being throw, so not the usual!

What a lovely party of people, enjoy the blog photos, the rest will come soon x
