Wendy, the bride to be on Saturday was super organised, super relaxed and such a joy to spend the morning with at The Carbis Bay Hotel while she got ready to marry Jason. A lovely mix of Welsh and Cornish made this wedding party the perfect combination. Wendy got ready with her family and friends around her while Jason sorted out the last details of music and greeted family and friends. The Carbis Bay hotel looked so pretty in soft pinks and blues and Wendy as she walked into the room to the theme tune of Jaws ( a little joke from the groom) looked a picture in her beautiful bias cut ivory dress with full skirt holding stunning spring flowers.
The service was emotional and the tears flowed, but not for long this lovely group of people knew how to have fun and it wasn’t long before the party started.
The Cornish winds blew and yet the sun shone, Wendy’s dream wedding photography was beach photos and we went out not once but twice, I thought her dress looked incredible being taken by the wind and we had lots of fun and laughter on the beach. I later found out that they and we were the focus of conversation at The Beach Club restaurant that night, the comment being ‘will the bride make the jump over the stream?” We have included a photo to prove she did and she didn’t even take her heels off. I have to say Wendy was such a brilliant bride, she was up for having fun, getting the photos of her dreams and did it all in such a relaxed manor. Jason, the groom, was so overwhelmed at what a fantastic day it all was, thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We, Kiss Photography, enjoyed ourselves so much just spending time with these two and getting to know their lovely families and I think the photos say it all!
The speeches were great and provided tears but lots and lots of laughter and the cheese wedding cake looked super before and after it was cut.
A photobooth and sweet trolly provided fun for the evening and we left this happy pair dancing the night away.
