Any bride that has Mickey and Minnie on the bottom of her wedding shoes gets my vote! This was the first taste of Natalie and Pauls wedding we got when we arrived at Gwel An Mor. This wedding was every girls dream from the fairy tale dress to the horse and carriage, the Disney theme, a white barn owl flying onto the grooms hand during the speeches and a beautiful, happy bride!
Natalie blew me away on her wedding day. Unfortunately the Cornish weather was not playing the wedding game, we battled with rain and howling winds. However her and Pauls dream was to have their wedding photos taken on the North Cliffs. The wind was strong enough to take you off your feet but Natalie didn’t complain, as long as her new husband was holding onto her she smiled for the camera, had a joke and a giggle and both of these great pair were just super. Time was against us too and we had to zip through the photos so Natalie wouldn’t be late back for the meal. After the meal the rain came in, but we asked Natalie if a little wander to the woods to get more shots would be OK? she and Paul readily agreed, grabbed their umbrellas and off we went. What a star couple!
The day was perfect and the room was dressed for a fairy tail wedding, adorned with fairy lights and Disney cup cakes and a huge Micky and Minnie wedding cake. Hot pink was the wedding colour and a sweet trolly delighted kids and adults alike. The star of the speeches had to be the barn owl and the evening entertainment, along with a disco, was our Kiss Photography photobooth which gave many laughs to us all.
A perfect day for us and guests alike, it was lovely for us too as their were so many familiar faces from a wedding we shot a few years ago. More children have now joined the friendship group and a few more still to arrive soon.
This wedding was beautiful, fun and so very happy. Natalie and Paul worked so very hard on every last detail it could not have been anything else. Thank you for being so fantastic and we wish you every happiness life can bring.
