Back from London where the lovely Elena and Nick got Wed in Wimbledon.

A beautiful sunny day, London was just buzzing as we weaved in and out of the Saturday morning traffic to get to the brides home. The navy rolls Royce was waiting and Elena was getting ready with her cousin. An air of calm and a very relaxed bride was a great start to our day.

Nick was lost for words as the bride walked into the room in her beautiful dress, with her cute flower girls and the service was emotional and just perfect.

The bride and groom shared a true love story, and the families had all come from far and wide to witness the marriage and to share there joy, the room was alive with emotion and the first kiss as man and wife was given with such meaning that i actually felt like cheering along with the crowd!

The hotel reception was perfect, the champagne flowed, and the speeches were translated into different languages, but to be honest the look of love was the unwritten language of the day!

We had an amazing weekend and wish Nick and Elena all the best.

We have to add, Nick, we knew that you were an amazing Italian chef, what we didnt know was that you were going to actually prepare some of the wedding breakfast yourself just to make sure it was spot on for your guests. It was amazing !

We loved, loved, loved our day with you all. What a party! and we have done the first edit on the photos and we know that by the smiles on everyones faces that all your guests had the time of there lifes.

Wish we could have joined you all for the Sunday lunch, but work called us back, I know we missed out on a treat! Nick, you are just an amazing man, it may have been your special weekend, but you are a true chef at heart  you just dont stop cooking, what a star!

Next time you are in Cornwall……..

Tabitha and Sam, had two weddings, a druid service at The Merry Maidens stone circle and the official one at Tregenna Castle.

They came from afar and in three days got wed twice! I like their style!

The Merry Maidens was a bit wet, but the sun crept out for wedding number two.

Tabby looked wonderful, and her white converse boots we thought just finished off the dress a treat. Sam had matching black ones, and guys you will be pleased to know, yes we did get ‘the perfect’ shot of the shoes, Tabby’s only request!

Such a relaxed couple, we had such a nice time with you both.

The main pictures were taken in the walled garden, the couples favorite spot, and the flowers set the background off a treat. While the guests munched on shortbread covered in chocolate with fresh strawberries on top, we snuck away with Tabby and Sam.

Such an easy going pair, our work was easy, thanks guys for being so great.

We wish you both a life time of happiness, when you get home from your honeymoon, your pictures are now up on line for you to choose your prints, and they are lovely.

We had a beautiful time in Italy, then it was back and straight into wedding work mode.

I arrived at the 12th century church in Lelant (St.Ia), very early. I spent a fantastic hour or so watching the preparations unfold. The candles being lit, the vicar putting on his robes, the ladies ( their are always ‘the ladies’ in every church, I don’t know if they have an official title, but I like ‘the ladies! ) doing what, ‘the ladies’ do.

I wandered through the beautiful gardens, the birds were singing, the sun spilling through the trees, it was amazing. Little did I know of the stress going on at Ricky’s end who was with the bride Clare, involving a missing horse.

The groom and his men arrived, we got some amazing photographs, Danny was totally stress free.

The guests started arriving, ribbons were being tied to the old tree trunks, the wedding was about to begin.

Ricky was still involved in the missing horse saga, but the lovely Clare was un-fazed by it all, and arrived a bit late, but radiant. ( and looking stunning)

Danny the groom got up and ran out of the church, a missing horse and a missing groom???? no, bless him, he wanted to be the first one to see Clare, so he nipped out, stole a peek then came back in, seated himself, smiling.

After the most perfect service, everyone went to The Carbis Bay Hotel, for a perfect afternoon. The choir came to and sang on the lawn, it was just lovely. ( The horse by this point long forgotten!)

We went to the beach, and in the end the whole bridal party joined us, and bless Vicky from The Carbis Bay Hotel, she even brought the champagne down.

The wedding was great, I think everybody had fun, which seemed to reflect Clare and Danny  perfectly, a fun, happy go lucky couple.

Hope you are having a ball in South America, we are sure you are. We know you will love the photos and we will be sending you the final edit very soon. Here is a quick glimpse…
