Back to Porthmeor beach, St.Ives again on Wednesday for an engagement shoot. Michelle and Steve are getting married next year at The Harbour Hotel St.Ives, and wanted a wonderful memory of them, on a beach and around St.Ives almost a year to the day before their wedding. The forecast was terrible, but as they don’t live in Cornwall, time was of an issue, so we went with it. We arrived the sun beamed down on us all for the morning we were with them, and we captured them, being themselves. It was a lovely getting to know them better and we are looking forward to working with them on theirView full post »

Tuesday we had two family shoots on Porthmeor beach. The weather was not as wonderful as we wanted, but the children involved brought a thousand sunshine’s with their smiles. And what amazing parents for not stopping them!View full post »

Sally and Fred got wed in Bedfordshire! A wedding with three different venues kept everyone on their toes, and gave a lovely different aspect to the day. Fred is Italian, and so there were some lovely touches of his mother land, the almonds for luck and the lovely sweet biscuits to welcome the guests. After theView full post »

Amber and Matt got hitched at The St Ives Harbour Hotel today. We hadn’t met the couple, in Amber’s word’s ‘You guys are the professionals, so we didn’t feel we needed to meet you, as you know just what to do!’, and that pretty much sums up just how relaxed and chilled out these two lovely people are. We arrived to find Amber in a bedroom with goodness knows how many people, changing a nappy with her tiara on. She was changing hotel rooms and asked us to come back. When I re-met her, cool as a cucumber, and the numbers in the room reduced to approx. 12View full post »

After a three week holiday, what a lovely wedding to come home to! Jem and Kate… what can I say. We see love and romance on pretty much a daily basis this time of year, what with the engagement shoot’s, weddings and bride to be meeting’s, but today kind of blew me away, Kate and Jem, well they just radiated love! When we met up with them some time ago, they told us they wanted the most relaxed wedding day… EVER! And our reaction was.. “fantastic!.. and does that mean we can ditch our suits for the day?”.. and the answer was, “of course, most ofView full post »
