I know that our job is an incredible one. Surrounded every work day by such happiness and love is a wonderful thing. But when you spend the day with a couple such as Justine and Chris, I realise just how incredible people can be and I am so glad we got to capture their wedding at The Carbis Bay Hotel. The Carbis Bay Hotel was the venue for Charlie and Nicolas wedding. When we arrived we were surprised to find out it was also Nicola’s birthday. In a totally romantic gesture Charlie had gone to the beach early in the morning and put a birthday message in the sand under their hotel window that looked out to sea. He also sent her a card every hour while she was getting ready, and on the final hour before the wedding a massive bouquet of lilies. On this beautiful October day, we went to Falmouth to capture the wedding of Sue and James. They wed at King Charles The Martyr Church and the reception was at St. Micheal’s Hotel. One hundred guest’s, many of which made the journey down from London, and many for the first time, the air was buzzing with excitement. Sue is a cornish girl, who came home to marry the lovely James. James an Italian London lad was just lovely and looking so very dapper in his smart suit , and when Sue arrived in her off white lace fitted dress, she looked amazing!
