Harbour Hotel

At The Harbour Hotel in St.Ives today Nicola married Gavin. The service was as gorgeous as Nicky the smiling bride, one bridesmaid did however seem to stand out from the crowd and the heavy breathing throughout the service made me smile, it was “Rafa” the dog, in her beautiful flower collar and looking rather stunning. We meandered down to the beach and got some stunning photos before the weather changed and the guests and bride and groom didn’t even seem to mind the impromptu rain shower. The reception room at The harbour Hotel looked incredible, filled with wrought ironView full post »

Back to the fabulous location of Tregenna Castle again a few days later, this time to photograph the wedding of Heidi and Leon. I have always though that Tregenna Castle lends itself to the horse and carriage wedding and on this day I got my photography dream. The stunning bride Heidi was picked up to be taken to St.Eia Church to marry Leon in a stunning carriage from Benford Carriages. I cannot compliment this company enough they were incredible. After a lovely service and a fun journey back having to stop the mid August traffic in St.Ives we arrived back at Tregenna Castle where all theView full post »

tregenna castle

Two years ago we photographed a wedding of a lovely couple that travelled to Tregenna Castle in St.Ives to get married. On the 14th August this year we photographed the sister of that groom. What a complement to get this wedding! And how lovely that we knew half the family already. Tessa and James we loved your wedding at Tregenna Castle, we loved being part of it all and we loved how amazing and chilled you both were. The service was so very emotional and beautiful, just like this fantastic couple. We had such fun on the beach and I am sure the holiday makers watching laughed along with usView full post »

Harbour hotel

Maria and Boyd declared their love for each other at The St Ives Harbour Hotel on 4th August. A beautiful and very heartfelt service, followed by some of my best wedding moments ever on the beach after. Maria and Boyd wanted a really fun shoot and photos that were really out of the box once the serious stuff was over and we went for it. We had so much fun and we laughed all day with this fantastic couple. Maria was just beautiful and looked amazing, and Boyd and his best man and ring bearer in their green trainers looked great. The St Ives Harbour Hotel in St.Ives went above and beyond toView full post »

Cornish wedding marquee

Yesterdays wedding was a proper country Cornish wedding and it was just perfect! We arrived at Bryony’s parents house in St.Levan, where Bryony and her 4 siblings grew up, the house was full and yet calm. Bridesmaids getting ready, dresses going on, grandchildren running in and out, it was lovely! Bryony looked stunning in her amazing dress, the lace detail was incredible. A gold Rolls Royce took her to the beautiful church in St.Levan, where we were devastated to learn from the vicar that no photography whatsoever was allowed. I love the moments of the rings being exchanged and theView full post »

family shoot location beach

Kiss Photography had the pleasure tonight of meeting and working with Andrew and Alison and their amazing kids. We spoke to Andrew a few weeks ago, he wanted to organise a family shoot while his kids were all together on a family holiday. We were pushed for time due to the huge amount of weddings we work on this time of year and basically the only day we could fit them in was the day they were travelling down. They were up for it and so were we! We met at Gwithian and had a really fun hour with these fantastic people! Thank you so much for making this shoot such fun! We loved it and am sureView full post »

Carbis Bay Hotel wedding photography

Another beautiful intimate wedding at the perfect location The Carbis Bay Hotel in St.Ives. Kiss Photography were honoured to cover Deborah and Gary special day alongside their three children, their friends and their friends children. Deborah looked wonderful in a ivory lace and chiffon dress, Gary and the boys so smart and Emily the bridesmaid absolutely delightful! A lovely service followed by fun on the beach and a beautiful family and friends shoot. The wedding party went for a paddle in the Cornish Sea, the weather was great it would have been a shame not too. A truly lovely day and aView full post »
