Newdowns Farm St.Agnes Wedding venue

If you ever imagine the perfect marquee wedding in Cornwall, a wedding where the sun shines, the view in the distance is of the rolling hills and cliff tops of Cornwall and turquoise sea in the distance. Where your guests chill in the sunshine and the drink and canapés just flow. Then this is the wedding you imagined. Sophie and Alex got married at St.Agnes parish church on Saturday, best service I have ever been too! superb vicar who made it perfect! Before the church we spent a lovely morning with Sophie and her friends and family at her friends house getting ready. It was lovely and veryView full post »

Carbis Bay Hotel Wedding Photography

Here at Kiss Photography this week we have been out of our beach zone, not one but two weddings over the weekend have taken us on the cliffs. The weather was stunning and the call of the Cornish wild cliff-tops beckoned our brides and grooms. Karen married Adam on Friday. We spent a very fun morning at Karen’s house with her family. Karen had her make-up done by the very talented Sally Orchard and she looked incredible. The flowers were dropped off by Lizi at Wheal Sara Flowers in St Ives and she also happened to be a good friend of Karen and had to rush to the church to dress it andView full post »

Wedding Photography at The St Ives Harbour Hotel ( porthminister)

This wedding was so so so much fun to photograph and be part of. Natalie and James are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet and we at Kiss Photography were honoured to be asked to be the wedding photographers on their special day. We arrived at bridal prep time and had a lovely morning with Natalie and her friends getting ready at The St Ives Harbour Hotel, the sun was shinning and the room was filled with Natalie’s nearest and dearest. We caught the many thoughtful details that make the day, the pile of Tiffany boxes, the perfume Natalie wore, the shoes. And also the littleView full post »

Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens wedding photography

I am blogging this beautiful wedding in a  slightly different way from our usual ones. I wanted to highlight the whole feel of this wedding from start to finish. Shot at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, a venue we have only visited as visitors and not ever in the wedding capacity, a place that I fell in love with the moment I saw it, we were thrilled to get a wedding booking here. The gorgeous Victoria married the very lovely Luke here on Monday afternoon, with just seven guest’s joining them, all close family members. They wanted a beautiful but understated no-fuss wedding and thisView full post »

Merchants manor wedding photographer

On Saturday two lovely local families came together for Dean and Lauren’s wedding day. The sun was shining in Falmouth when we arrived at the church, perfect for the horse and carriage that Lauren would be arriving in. Dean was so happy and looked so smart, the best man and ushers were busy doing their wedding jobs and there was a feeling of a great day about to happen. When Lauren arrived and walked through the church door it was a true princess moment. She looked amazing in her beaded satin dress with an amazing trailing bouquet featuring roses and orchids. Dean was a proud man. TheView full post »
