Cornwall’s best campsite opens its doors for yet another scorching summer and this years new addition is the park. We spent an afternoon shooting for the website and promotional material. The park was fantastic, the pool and tennis courts perfect and the site just blows you away…. we kind of wanted to stay there forever. Look out for more park action shots soon! Farm Weddings!

I love a farm wedding. There is something beautiful and nostalgic about a couple going back to the family home to celebrate their love. This is just what Caley and Stacey did on Friday in St.Ives on a cattle farm. I fell in love with the rustic setting, overlooking the sea. The wedding reception took place in the barn, long tables and the ceilings strung with fairy lights and white lanterns. The place settings where hessian and corn sheaf’s that set it the scene beautifully. Pimms was served courtesy of St.Ives brewery, in jars, cucumber water on tap and fizz. Tregenna Castles grounds lends itself to the outdoor wedding and this was the dream of these two ladies, the weather was unpredictable at this point, but its what they wanted, so we all mucked in and wiped and dried seats and the service went ahead as planned and as dreamed of. And the sun shone for them ! Everything was planned to the lastView full post »

Carbis Bay Hotel wedding photography by KISS

Ecuador, meets Italy with a touch of London thrown in. This was the amazing marriage of Karen and Salvatore. I loved all the elements of each families traditions and roots that were part of this amazing day. The wedding service took place in The Carbis Bay Hotel Beach Shack, the latest addition to the wedding scene in Carbis Bay. Situated right on the beach with uninterrupted views across the sand and the ocean, you can’t legally get wed anywhere closer to the sea here in Cornwall. Every wedding has a special moment for me, something that stands out, sometimes its a moment, a look IView full post »

Carbis Bay Hotel wedding in May

When I think of Hannah and Aran’s wedding I think beautiful and pretty. Hannah the bride who is just stunning, her handsome groom, beautiful bridesmaids and the pretty details, most of which were made by Hannah. I just loved photographing this wedding. The details were incredible, the soft greens and pinks just perfect for a summers day, the cake had the wow factor and the room at The Carbis Bay Hotel was dressed perfectly. All this combined with the nicest friends and family, sunshine and a room full of love a wedding photographer could not really ask for more. Just whizzing throughView full post »
